This is an excellent house. Absolutely beautiful and has a serious "wow" factor when you step in. This stay was unfortunately let down because, has been my experience with multiple Vacasa stays, Vacasa customer service is utterly useless. I asked to pay to have the pool heated when I booked the property. I followed a couple times over the ensuing months and always asked Vacasa to confirm that this request was made because I had not been billed for it. I show and in classic Vacasa style no one told the property manager so we could use the pool the first day. Vacasa also totally dropped the ball on getting us info about paying for daily housekeeping. When they finally got back to us it was days before the stay and weeks after we'd already booked a third party cleaning service.
My only complaints about the property itself are that the Diamante development is very isolated and they won't allow Uber to pick up in the development meaning you're forced to use sketchy ancient taxi cabs with no meter that take 30 minutes to arrive. For the exact same journey we took 4 times we were charged $15-20 depending on who drove and it took 15-45m for a car to arrive.
